Amoga Appoints Anorag K Bhandarkar as Chief Revenue Officer to Drive Global Enterprise Growth
Bengaluru, India – November 1, 2026: Amoga, an enterprise software company building a platform for the agentic era, has appointed Anorag K Bhandarkar as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The appointment strengthens the company’s sales and revenue leadership as Amoga focuses on expanding its presence across global markets and helping enterprises adopt application development, workflow automation and governed artificial intelligence capabilities.
Anorag brings close to 30 years of experience in enterprise technology, business leadership and customer-facing roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President – CX & Analytics, India & APAC, at Exato Technologies. During his career, he has also held leadership positions at Nuance Communications, now part of Microsoft, Aspect Inc. and Nelito Systems, part of the Tata Group. His experience across enterprise technology businesses provides a strong foundation for his new responsibilities at Amoga.
At Amoga, Anorag will focus on shaping the company’s revenue strategy and supporting its growth across international markets. His responsibilities will include developing strategic enterprise relationships, strengthening the company’s go-to-market approach and helping organisations identify opportunities to apply Amoga’s platform to complex business and operational requirements. He will work towards building the company’s enterprise presence and supporting its engagement with senior decision-makers across industries.
The appointment comes at a time when enterprises are reassessing how they build, manage and improve their business applications. Organisations increasingly operate across multiple software systems, departments and workflows. While individual applications may address specific functional requirements, connecting them into a cohesive operating environment can be challenging. Businesses are therefore looking for ways to develop applications that reflect their processes, automate work across teams and integrate with existing systems.
Amoga aims to address these requirements through an enterprise application platform that brings application development, workflow automation and governed AI capabilities together. The platform enables organisations to build business applications, automate complex workflows and deploy AI agents within a broader enterprise environment. This approach is intended to help businesses create adaptable software aligned with their operational needs rather than relying exclusively on disconnected, function-specific tools.
The platform supports a range of enterprise functions and use cases, including sales, customer service, finance, human resources, lending, manufacturing and supply chain operations. These business areas often involve multiple teams, systems, approvals and data flows. By combining application development and workflow automation, Amoga seeks to help organisations connect these activities and build solutions that support their specific ways of working.
Artificial intelligence is also becoming an important consideration in enterprise software decisions. Organisations are exploring how AI can assist employees, support decision-making and automate routine activities. However, adopting AI in an enterprise environment involves more than introducing standalone tools. Businesses must also consider governance, integration with existing systems, access to relevant information and alignment with established processes. Amoga’s approach brings governed AI capabilities into the wider application and workflow environment, with the aim of making AI adoption more connected to day-to-day business operations.
Anorag’s experience in enterprise technology and leadership is expected to contribute to Amoga’s engagement with organisations evaluating these opportunities. His background across customer experience, analytics and enterprise technology businesses is relevant to the company’s focus on helping enterprises address operational complexity. As CRO, he will play a key role in developing relationships with organisations looking to improve business processes, build applications and explore practical applications of AI.
The appointment also reflects Amoga’s focus on building the leadership capabilities required for its next phase of growth. Expanding into enterprise markets requires an understanding of the technology landscape as well as the operational priorities, decision-making processes and long-term requirements of large organisations. Experienced revenue leadership can help bring these dimensions together by aligning customer needs, product capabilities and business strategy.
Amoga was founded by Bishal Lachhiramka, who previously co-founded Ameyo, an enterprise customer engagement and contact-centre technology company. Ameyo later joined Exotel through a merger in 2021. The experience of building an enterprise technology business and working with organisations on their customer engagement requirements informs Amoga’s focus on developing adaptable software for complex business operations.
With Anorag joining as Chief Revenue Officer, Amoga is strengthening its focus on enterprise growth, strategic customer relationships and international expansion. The company aims to work with organisations seeking to connect business processes, develop applications suited to their requirements and explore the adoption of AI within enterprise operations.
The appointment marks an important step in strengthening Amoga’s leadership team as it continues to develop its enterprise platform and expand its market presence. Through a combination of application development, workflow automation and governed AI, Amoga aims to help businesses build more connected and adaptable operating environments.
