New Website HealthSensibly Brings Free Health Calculators and Indian Diet Plans in Gujarati and Hindi
HealthSensibly launches free health calculators, Indian diet plans and food guides in Gujarati, Hindi and English, with medical reviewer applications now open.

Rajkot, Gujarat, October 21, 2026 — A new health website, HealthSensibly, has gone live with free health calculators and Indian diet plans in Gujarati and Hindi as well as English, aiming to give families in India simple, private health answers in the language they speak at home.
The site offers 77 free tools — including a BMI calculator with the lower cut-offs advised for Asian adults, an ovulation calculator, a pregnancy due-date calculator and a diabetes risk check — together with 30 seven-day diet plans built around Indian meals such as dal, roti, poha, khichdi and curd. No sign-up is needed, and the numbers people type into the tools stay on their own phone or computer.
Health information in Gujarati and Hindi
Every tool, food guide and article is available as a full page in Gujarati and Hindi, written in the everyday language people use rather than textbook terms, while keeping familiar words such as BMI, PCOS and IVF. The same content is also published in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Indonesian for readers abroad.
“Families often search for health questions in Gujarati or Hindi and land on pages that are either in English or translated word for word,” said the HealthSensibly editorial team. “Our goal is a clear answer first, in the reader’s language, and an honest note about when it is time to see a doctor.”
Built around Indian food and Indian health risks
Food guides explain the benefits of everyday Indian foods — amla, methi, ragi, bajra, jamun, makhana and more — with nutrition per 100 grams and who should be careful. Guides already published include a PCOS diet with Indian foods, iron-deficiency anaemia and iron-rich Indian foods, heart health for men after 30 and a 6–12 month baby food chart. Sources include ICMR-NIN, the World Health Organization and the NHS.
Doctors and dietitians invited to review
HealthSensibly has opened applications for medical reviewers. Registered doctors, dietitians and other health professionals can apply online; the editorial team verifies each registration with the relevant council before a reviewer’s name appears on any page.
Free writer accounts
Health writers, nutrition students and patients with lived experience can join for free, write in the site’s editor and submit articles for review. Each story is checked for quality and originality before publication.
